Veneer masonry emulates the look of authentic masonry by taking special masonry bricks or stone units that are actually 1/4 of the thickness of standard units and fixing them to a wall's surface with either thin-set or cement, creating the appearance of an authentic masonry wall.

Brick masonry is widely used in many forms of construction, landscaping and hardscaping industries. Ever since the days of the Mesopotamian's, brick masonry has been used to build houses and other forms of shelter, as well as pathways, decks, steps and walls. Amongst all the different types of building materials available, brick masonry is the most popular.

Stucco, the common term for portland cement plaster, is a popular exterior finish for buildings. It provides an economical hard surface that is rot, rust, and fire resistant, which can be colored and finished in a wide range of textures to adorn any architectural style.
